Land south of Henham Road

Introduction

Keeping you informed

Countryside is bringing forward detailed proposals for new homes on land south of Henham Road, Elsenham.

This follows the granting of outline planning permission, which established the principle of development for 130 homes on the site (UTT/22/2174/PINS). The outline planning permission also approved the primary means of access from Henham Road.

Countryside is now preparing a reserved matters application, which will set out the detailed design of the development. This includes the layout of the new homes, their appearance and scale, as well as the landscaping and public open spaces.

Countryside will shortly be submitting the reserved matters application. Once validated, all associated documents will be available to view on the planning portal via the Council’s website.
